    Forklift Operator - Line PullerDepartment: Packaging Operations

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Safely and efficiently, operate forklift; perform required daily inspections
    • Pick full and partial pallets, wrap pallets when necessary, stage product for loading, check pallets for accuracy to order
    • Maintain clean and organized aisles or rack storage, consolidate partial pallets when needed
    • Inventory product as needed; label, sort, wrap and tie product
    • Hand load product onto containers
    • Comply with company safety policies and maintain clean and orderly work area.
    • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures
    • Accurately complete required paperwork in accordance with company standards
    • Additional duties as assigned by Packaging Supervisor, Lead, or Plant Manager Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesRecent Forklift experienceExperience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    Ability to perform basic math skills.
    Effectively communicate questions, problems and reports to co-workers, supervisory and management personnel.

    Flexibility to accommodate unscheduled changes in duties and work overtime as neededMust display a positive attitude and work well with all levels of personnel.
