Job Description

The successful candidate can be based on/near any of our West region sites Arizona, Nevada, Mexico, San Diego and San Antonio.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic insight, and practical solution delivery to a multisite aerospace manufacturing business.

Critical to success will be the ability to prioritize multiple projects, handle competing priorities whilst collaborating and partnering with the Regional General Manager and site HR leaders who are focused on value creation and business outcomes.

You will serve as a trusted advisor in the effective management of the workforce through matters that span employee relations, attraction and retention strategies, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, skills and capability development, talent and performance management, change management and Human Capital Systems deployment.

Education:
Bachelor's/Master's/MBA in HRM (preferred) along with 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations.
At least 3 years in a senior, strategic business partner role of a similar size/scope and experience in:
Applied Expertise of California/ Employment Law
Operating within a manufacturing environment with multi-site, matrix leadership
Aerospace, MRO, or OEM experience a definite plus
