- Creates & maintains CAD library drawing files under direct supervision.

- Plant Environment - This position operates in a manufacturing setting and can be subject to extreme cold and hot temperatures; uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools, and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty or dirty conditions. Reporting to the AS Engineering Manager, the AS Design Engineer supports the product line for MRK by providing solutions to internal and external customers through creating drawings to address issues within complex ceiling & wall systems. The incumbent utilizes 2D & 3D design software and provides practical contributions in the skillful translation of design layouts into detailed drawings and perform take-offs as required in the development of projects from inception through order completion.
