    Job Description

    CNA, PCA, and Caregivers Needed Immediately - Attractive Rates - $16 to $18 Per Hour, ***ALL POSITIONS ARE PRN***

    Monroe, Loganville, Snellville, Gainesville, Grayson, Lawrenceville, and Dacula Areas

    • We are looking for highly compassionate and dedicated CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers to join our growing team. You must be ready to provide in-home care to our clients in a respectful and compassionate way, and expect to be respected and valued in return. We have flexible schedules that allow 4hr shifts

    Qualifications & Education:

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • One year-full time experience in personal care or an institutional setting, such as a hospital or nursing home, or one-year full-time experience within the last five years in direct client care in a home care agency setting; or
    • Evidence of sympathetic, compassionate, and caring demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Evidence of maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands.
    • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Attend eight (8) hours of personal care-oriented services per year.
    • Must have a criminal history check conducted prior to being offered a position with the agency

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide personal hygiene assistance
    • Provide assistance with daily living activities
    • Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
    • Meal preparation
    • Perform light housekeeping around client areas
    • Other duties as assigned

    Additional Requirements:

    • Assess and communicate with ill clients, co-workers and general public.
    • Must be neat in appearance and practice good personal hygiene.
    • Must have a reliable means of transportation.
    • Must have a valid proof a negative TB test, or be willing to get tested.

    Must have CPR and First Aid certifications from a recognized provider**
