Schedule: Thursday-Monday 12pm-8:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Receiving customer concerns and requests via email for East Coast/ West Coast stores.

· Logging all daily requests and concerns.

· Effectively communicating with warehouses and logistics team.

· Ensuring concerns are responded to and handled in a timely manner.

· Following up on pending items.

· Communicating to client when requests or concerns are completed.

· Update all charts daily

Education and/or Experience:

· 2-3 years experience preferred.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
