We are looking for an experienced clinical leader to oversee crisis response and patient safety at Flourish.

- Serve as a real-time clinical consult and escalation point for complex or high-risk situations.
- Monitor and oversee active crisis cases in collaboration with patient guides, therapists, and psychiatrists.
