Job summary
The Learning Coordinator will support the coordination of commercial learning activities.Manage new hire training experience including initial contact scheduling calls aligning with internal stakeholders on planning logistics ongoing communication Manage scheduling logistics execution of training sessions document meeting notes action items collaborate with internal external stakeholders to complete outstanding tasks provide support to participants instructors addressing issues concerns during learning process oversee day-to-day operations of learning platform(s) user profile management asset tracking reporting data analysis troubleshooting support additional administrative tasks as assigned upload organize maintain educational content on platform meet learner needs build distribute surveys using survey tools platforms lead creation ongoing reporting of survey dashboards manage multiple projects while maintaining attention detail timelines complete all other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years relevant experience Proven experience coordinating educational programs or training sessions Strong organizational communication skills Ability to work collaboratively diverse groups Proficiency with educational technology software Strong working knowledge MS Office Outlook PowerPoint Word Excel SharePoint Excellent project management time management skills ability track multiple projects resources schedules Strong interpersonal communication abilities Analytical skills for program evaluation Adaptability problem-solving skills Ability work independently proactive manner anticipate solve problems.
