    Hygiene plays a central role in the practice, and this position is critical to exams, same-day dentistry, and same-day care.

    There is no internal competition for cases; you are set up to build trust and grow your schedule naturally.
    Mentorship here is hands-on and intentional. Dr.

    Buzza is deeply invested in helping the right associate improve clinical judgment, treatment planning, and patient communication in a true fee-for-service environment.

    Growth is supported without rushing or pressure.
    This role is designed for long-term alignment.

    While it begins as a true associate position, there is a very real pathway to ownership for the right doctor, typically within 12–24 months once alignment is clear.

    The right associate can realistically build to $1M+ in annual production, with income that reflects that level of contribution.
