    SummaryYou are a highly motivated and detail-oriented HOA/Condo Community Manager.

    As the manager, you will provide exceptional customer service and management functions to your clients, ensuring that they become promoters of our service.

    We offer a great team, administrative support, a competitive salary with a monthly bonus, and benefits. The portfolio will be in Prince George's County with a focus on the southern part of the county.

    DutiesDuties include, but not limited to:
    Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity of repairs or maintenance. Investigate complaints, disturbances, and violations and resolve problems following association rules and regulations.

    Maintain contact with insurance carriers, fire and police departments, and other agencies to ensure protection and compliance with codes and regulations.

    Meet with boards of directors and committees to discuss and resolve legal and environmental issues or disputes between neighbors. Most meetings are held via Zoom.
    Prepare detailed budgets for properties.
    Purchase building and maintenance supplies, equipment, or furniture.
    Solicit and analyze bids from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance. Administer annual meetings/elections.
    Attend continuing education classes to maintain credentials and, where appropriate, seek higher credentials.
    RequirementsCommunity Association Manager Job RequirementsCMCA or higher designationValid Drivers License and reliable transportationThis is an exempt position; not hourly.

    Board meetings are billed to the association and are considered in the establishment of the base management fee, which is used to calculate CAM base pay.

    Strong organizational and analytical skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsComfortable speaking in front of small to medium-sized groupsStrong leadership qualitiesWorking knowledge of financial reports, budgetsProficiency in Word, Excel, and emailFirst-in-class customer service skillsStrong command of the English languagePhysical RequirementsWillingness and ability to sit in a seat for long periods, talk on the phone, and use a computer and other business equipment, which may require standingAbility to walk the property for site visits.
