A Project Coordinator will provide routine administrative support to internal and external project management team members. This position will collect process input organize and file data and documentation from various sources stakeholders in order to support the administrative documentation data reporting compliance communications needs of projects All activities will be performed in support of the strategy vision values of JE Dunn The Project Coordinator utilizes responsibility matrix WorkSmart to ensure alignment with ongoing business process improvement efforts supporting full project lifecycle They collect process inputs organize and files data documents from various sources stakeholders as requested by project management team in accordance with established business processes They provide timely effective communication to internal external stakeholders Supporting project management during bidding award processes they issue prepare bond memos set up issue execute subcontracts system access dashboards coordinate submission project documentation prepares routine correspondence reviews outgoing materials for conformance best practice standards formats creates distributes potential change items RFIs follows as needed include pricing efforts distribution change orders supports project deliverables managing information on dashboard electronically processing documents such as submittals pay applications bills sale compliance documents requests info change docs tracks monitors collaborates internal stakeholders necessary document meets compliance requirements before releasing payments subcontractors may receive direct incoming telephone calls visitors additional administrative support other functions meet meet business staffing needs shares subject matter expertise teamwork deliver results Utilizes discretion integrity highly confidential sensitive information Demonstrates commitment highest standards customer satisfaction displaying courtesy sensitivity responding promptly customer needs Meets client commitments recognizes acts service opportunities Solicits applies feedback improve quality service May supports various administrative needs for the team travel expense reporting etc
