Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate transactions. We seek highly motivated professionals demonstrating initiative, excelling in independent work settings, and seamlessly collaborating within a team.

Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience as a licensed attorney
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Possess strong legal research and analytic skills
• Excellent drafting/writing skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Detailed and flexible: excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills, work with limited supervision
• Highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work independently as well as within a team
• Experience using a contracts management software
