Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.

• Implement and monitor patient care plans
• Coordinate all disciplines for patient care
• Execute physician and nursing orders
• Assess and plan patient's discharge needs

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider required within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
• Registered Nurse credentialing from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited nursing school OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
