Exempt Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Install/Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing federal contracts for the installation and maintenance of equipment at federal facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience in using software for contract management.
We will provide training, but the ideal candidate will already align with our core values of SOAR (Strong Integrity and Ethics, Outstanding Teamwork, Accountability-Driven and Relentless Pursue of Quality).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Coordinate and oversee all aspects of equipment installation and maintenance at federal facilities.
Ensure compliance with federal contract requirements and standards.
Use designated software to manage contracts, track project progress, schedule installations, and maintenance activities.
Liaise with federal agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
Resolve any issues that arise during the installation and maintenance processes.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on the status of contracts and projects.
Prepare estimates.
Monitor contract budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within allocated resources.
