    The Senior Product Manager (SPM) serves in a high-profile position driving full-stream strategic marketing and new product launch planning and execution for the Pounce Thrombectomy System. This individual plays a key role in collaborating with the R&D, quality, regulatory, marketing, sales, clinical, operations, manufacturing and training teams to ensure that both upstream strategic initiatives and downstream product launches go smoothly and objectives are met. The SPM partners with sales to drive revenue growth and gain market share.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for the Pounce Thrombectomy portfolio including strategies and specific tactics and resources to drive growth opportunities
    • Work with cross-functional team members to support the Life Cycle Management strategy and initiatives for the Pounce Thrombectomy portfolio
    • Lead product launches and go-to market strategies and execution plans and gain alignment with leadership and internal regional stakeholders
    • Develop content strategy, messaging, and sales tools (literature, brochures, website, and all media), training materials, and field sales and customer communications to support sales and the customer
    • Develop and execute competitive positioning strategies to support the overall product portfolio
    • Engage field and clinical stakeholders to generate compelling clinical marketing and case-based content.
    • Manage downstream, commercial marketing activities and tactics
    • Attend conferences and drive conference activities; host educational events and manage peer-to-peer engagements
    • Build strong relationships and partner with field sales; work alongside reps and field clinicals to support cases as needed
    • Establish relationships with key opinion leaders in the field and work with them to develop initiatives to drive new product development and downstream commercialization efforts
    • Adhere to company standards and values related to honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability. Perform all responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state / federal rules and regulations

    Minimum Qualifications And Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Product Development with experience in Med Device - cardiovascular, interventional cardiology/radiology, or vascular medtech space
    • Peripheral Vascular experience preferred
    • Clinical experience in cath lab, OR, or hybrid room with working knowledge of interventional, clinical workflow
    • Experience bringing new novel products to market
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as individual contributor and as part of team, while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
    • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Experience working directly with Field Sales Teams and KOLS
    • Self-starter with strong time management and planning skills; acts with full accountability, ownership, and a high sense of urgency
    • Polished and professional, strong brand ambassador for the company
    • Up to 30% travel required
