Job summary
We are seeking a RN Ambulatory Infectious Disease to join our team at Taylor Clinic. As an RN in this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients under the direction of the Nursing and Operational Leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience working in ambulatory settings and be able to provide quality patient care with compassion and empathy.Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients under the direction of the Nursing and Operational Leadership.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients based on their unique needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and prevention strategies.
