- Maintain and support our primary system of record, Workday.
- Oversee and direct integrations between Workday and other HR software.
- Leads end to end configuration, testing and deployment of current and new business processes in Workday & ADP.
- Assist payroll with administration and maintenance of ADP Workforce now and ADP Workforce Manager
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing technology processes, functionality, and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes.
- Responsible for program managing semi-annual release updates as well as weekly enhancements.
- Works with HR and appropriate internal and external partners to define procedures for HR processes that involve systems (benefits, compensation, performance, onboarding, etc.)
- Collaborate with IT to integrate HR systems with other business systems.
- Be a global thought partner with our stakeholders to maintain data integrity; develop tools and audit processes to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Strong understanding of broad Human Resource systems and data flow.
- Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes.
- Manage and analyze the process of Workday releases, interact directly with technology vendors (consultants) to take advantage of the features offered in the technology applications.
- Provides training, demos, and documentation to HR Team and organizational leaders.
- Ensure HRIS system compliance with federal and state regulations, data security and privacy requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years of HRIS technical experience implementing and supporting HR technology solutions.
- 4+ years of experience in HR with deep understanding of the Workday platform (system design, complex configurations, dashboard development, business processes, job profiles, compensation plans reporting, security, etc.)
- Experience implementing Workday Recruiter
- Proven skill in managing inter-system data transfers and integrations
- ADP-WFN experience Required.
- Oracle experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively present technical and functional information in a manner that is understandable to all levels of the organization.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
