    We have a Midstream Oil & Gas company based in The Woodlands, TX that is looking for 8 Project Controls Analysts to provide comprehensive project control support across various midstream projects in Texas. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are executed within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

    Workplace: On-site / In-office (no remote/WFH opportunity)

    Work Schedule: Monday-Friday / 40 hours a week

    Worktype: W2 Contract

    Estimated Duration: One year with potential for extension based on performance and project need

    Rate: Hourly with 1.5x OT

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Project Planning and Scheduling:

    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard project management tools.
    • Collaborate with project managers to identify critical path activities and potential risks to project timelines.

    Cost Estimation and Control:

    • Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects and monitor ongoing costs against budgets.
    • Implement cost control measures and variance analysis to identify and address potential overruns.

    Risk Management:

    • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project risks.
    • Work closely with project teams to identify and manage changes in project scope.

    Performance Reporting:

    • Generate regular project performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
    • Provide insightful analysis of project performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

    Resource Management:

    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
    • Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for optimization.

    Contract Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.
    • Work closely with legal and procurement teams to address any contract-related issues.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years of experience in Project Controls within the Oil & Gas industry
    • Midstream project experience preferred but not required
