The Department of Data Analytics and Information Systems in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University invites applications for a part-time Program Assistant to support the Analytics Solutions Center (ASC)Plan, organize, and execute ASC-hosted student experiences such as workshops speaker series networking events student showcases career exploration trips Coordinate all logistics for student experiences scheduling travel reservations catering technology setup materials preparation event clean up Develop distribute communications invitations promotional informational materials registration forms follow-up correspondence Collaborate with ASC faculty staff ensure events trips reinforce centers mission align academic success objectives Track attendance gather participant feedback produce post-event reports evaluate outcomes identify improvements Manage budgets monitor expenses process payments reimbursements according to university policies Serve point contact guest speakers industry partners students faculty/staff positive overall experience Promote welcoming professional atmosphere events community building visibility ASC
