- Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually (DOE and License)
- Associate license salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 annually (DOE)
- Independent license salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 annually (DOE)
- Automatic $5K salary increase after year one of participating in leadership program with an investment up to $10,000 following program completion after year two.

- Master's degree in clinical behavioral health field, such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.
- Active license and in good standing with the Utah Department of Commerce Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) or the ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days of hire
- Clinical experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems
- Proven experience and competence with brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy) is preferred

BHMs have the unique opportunity to expand their expertise and flex new muscles as they are embedded in primary care practices and collaborate with Primary Care Providers (PCPs) to provide best-in-class collaborative care for patients.
To deliver the best experience for our clinicians, we wraparound services with supervision from a Clinical Manager, administrative support from Care Coordination, and additional guidance from a Psychiatric Consultant.
