Job description
Hello I'm seeking a formatter for my new Book, The Forever We Keep, for both eBook and print publication.The manuscript has been professionally line-edited and is clean, stable, and ready for formatting. The project involves light design alignment only (no illustrations or embedded graphics).

Scope of Work:
- Format for both eBook and print
- Universal layout (compatible with Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Draft2Digital, BookFunnel, etc.)
Deliver the following files:
o .epub (for eBook upload)
o Print-ready .pdf (trim size 5.5 x 8.5 in, cream paper)
o Optional BookFunnel-ready PDF version
- Use modern, professional interior styling (clean chapter openers, elegant scene breaks, no headers on chapter title pages)
- Insert provided front and back matter (title page, copyright, dedication, acknowledgments, about the author)

Manuscript length: 12-14,000 words

- Final cover file and branding guidelines will be provided
Deliverables:
- eBook (.epub)
- Print PDF (5.5x8.5")

Timeline:
- Delivery preferred within 5–7 business days after contract start
