Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers in a busy nonprofit office
  • Greet and direct guests and staff, managing access to the office and maintaining a welcoming front desk area
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and general inquiries
  • Maintain office supplies and snack inventory to support a positive, well-organized environment
