    Summary:


    The Hospitality Services Director is responsible for leading the accommodations and food services teams to deliver exceptional concierge-level experiences to guests, fostering strong engagement with stakeholders, and driving income generation strategies through carefully crafted KPI's.

    This role demands a strategic leader who can elevate service standards, enhance guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence within Pioneers' hospitality functions.

    The Director will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization's reputation by ensuring all service interactions are conducted with professionalism and grace, while also capitalizing on opportunities to expand and optimize service offerings for sustainable growth.


    Qualifications:
    – Committed to global missions and overall vision of Pioneers

    – Must practice and support the US Mobilization Base Employee Handbook

    – Strong communication, management, and problem-solving skills.

    – Experience in hospitality management.

    – Experiences in sales or stakeholder engagement.

    – Proficient with MS Office, POS systems, and reservation software.

    – Business and/or hospitality Bachelor's-level degree required.

    – Occasional after-hours availability to assist guests.

    – Possess a high level of verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening skills.

    – Minimum of 5 years of experience of Director level leading hospitality operations and staff.

    – At least 5 years of experience leading and scaling teams with a demonstrative ROI.

    – Enjoys building relationships with people and understands appropriate use of relational capital.

    – High use of good judgment, tact, diplomacy, and prudence.

    – Is a life-long learner in the relate field, demonstrated by continuous upskilling.

    – Working knowledge of budgeting.

    – Excellent planning, organizational, follow-up and administrative skills.

    – A person of character exemplifying qualities of honesty, truth worthiness, initiative, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, diligence, commitment, and dependability.


    Responsibilities:

    Concierge Level Excellence:

    – Customer Experience Management:
    Ensures the security and well-being of guests, manages accommodations, and food services to provide top-tier guest experiences.


    – Service Quality Control:
    Monitors guest evaluations and feedback to enhance service quality.


    – Staff Development:
    Hires, trains, and supervises staff to exceed hospitality standards.


    Stakeholder Engagement:

    – Community Relations:
    Engages diplomatically with both Pioneers staff and external community to foster strong relationships and gather constructive feedback.


    – Event Coordination:
    Collaborates with US Mobilization Base Team Leaders to ensure flawless execution of facility logistics for events and activities.


    – Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensures adherence to all guidelines for the operation of facilities such as commercial kitchens and housing venues.


    Income Generation:

    – Financial Oversight:
    Manages department finances, including budget development, price management, and operational expenses.


    – Marketing and Sales:
    Markets Pioneers' facilities for external events, manages booking priorities, and evaluates pricing strategies to ensure profitable operations.


    – Performance Reporting:
    Develops and presents reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and promote income growth.


    Physical Demands:
    – Must be able to stand and/or walk up to 4 hours

    – Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. shoulder high


    – Environment:
    Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.


    – Physical:

    Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
