- Provide advanced technical expertise in financial applications

- 2+ years of experience in a support role
- PayPlus and payments experience
- Technical expertise across all application components and environments
- Prior experience in SNOW
- Mainframe experience preferred

Helpdesk Support Specialist
Our client, based in Boston, is looking to fill a Helpdesk Support Specialist role on a contract basis. This role will be fully remote. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mainframe and Swift and be available to work 11 am-8 pm EST (including some weekend work).
