    Helpdesk Support Specialist

    Our client, based in Boston, is looking to fill a Helpdesk Support Specialist role on a contract basis. This role will be fully remote. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mainframe and Swift and be available to work 11 am-8 pm EST (including some weekend work).

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide advanced technical expertise in financial applications
    • Analyze, design, develop and maintain software applications to support payments
    • Work with vendor applications
    • Perform bug fixing, issues tracking, and resolution
    • Provide technical expertise during DR drills
    • Discuss technical issues with business analysts and testers

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
    • 2+ years of experience in a support role
    • PayPlus and payments experience
    • Technical expertise across all application components and environments
    • Prior experience in SNOW
    • Mainframe experience preferred
