- Coordinate due diligence for licensing opportunities.
- Conduct financial modeling and market research.
- Lead in-and out-licensing packages and contract negotiations.
- Develop and implement corporate strategy and cross-functional communication.
- MBA or graduate degree in life sciences.
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech business development, strategic analysis, or consulting/investment banking.
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Financial forecasting, modeling, and probability adjusted NPV expertise.
- Therapeutic area expertise for evaluating new product opportunities.
- Proficiency with databases such as IMS, Encuity, SDI, Adis, etc.
- Ability to influence and present to senior management.
- Pharma experience and In Licensing experience.
- No Med Device, Generics, Alliance Management, or CDMO Business Development experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Personality fit for an established team.
- Finance experience is a plus.
