Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift - Connecticut

Responsibilities
- Production & Operations Management Receive materials into the warehouse and distribute to the production floor Sign off on all jobs including material media and indicia verification Supervise production lines and ensure machines are running correct jobs Prioritize Must Mail and hot jobs to meet all deadlines and SLAs Pull coordinate jobs from supporting areas Print Room Forms Inkjet Scheduling
- Team Leadership Development Supervise approximately 15-25 associates Ensure all operators receive proper technical quality ISO training Cross train associates across production operations Mentor counsel provide performance feedback to staff Conduct performance appraisals support career development
- Planning Coordination Efficiency Coordinate labor resources across departments Provide warehouse staff with lead times to meet material needs Maintain accurate inventory counts Work outside vendors support sorting labor forecasting Identify communicate process improvements
