    Description

    Job Description:
    Leads development, integration and documentation of structural requirements to establish the system design. Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the product''s environment.

    Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by using and developing analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance.

    Leads development of test plans and configurations, supports test execution and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.

    Defines and documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied. Supports in-service products by leading investigations into failures and analyzing improvements. Develops analytical processes/tools to improve effectiveness, quality and efficiency of the development effort. Works under minimal direction.


    Must Haves:

    • MUST have one of the following degrees: BS/MS Mechanical, Aerospace or Civil
    • Level 4: 12 years experience
    Stress Analysis Engineer
    - *** Commercial Airplane Structures fuselage(skin, Stringer, and frame) & wing analysis experience

    • MOSS-DUBERG experience (plus)
    • Stress Analysis review and integration experience with supplies and global partners
    • 100% onsite in Everett, WA
    *US Person required


    • BCA fuselage stress and design experience (skin, stringer, frame, pressure deck, etc...)

    bonus if you can find someone with tool Moss-Duberg experience. Also looking for someone with integration experience (must have prior BCA fuselage experience to support global coordination efforts)

    System Stress experience:
    Flight controls, Mechanical Hydraulics, High lift, Electrical, and/or ECS system installation stress analysis experience.
    ** would recommend adding the words System Stress in the notes when submitting candidate so they stand out. These people are needed ASAP so please look for people that are local or can quickly move to start ASAP.
