- 7+ years of GAAP accounting, both in public accounting and private industry
- 5+ years in accounting relevant to professional services
- Experience leading a team in production of financials
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Exceptional analytical, report creation and managerial skills
- Liaising with auditors
- Knowledge of SAP, NetSuite or similar ERP system
- CPA required
- Provide over financial leadership, reporting to the CFO
- Supports cross-functional departments and finance teams in reporting analytics to drive efficiencies
- Prepare consolidated financials, and provide reviews, analyzes, and provides insights on monthly financial results
- Forecasts and assesses financial risks or opportunities
- Evaluate product line profitability, mix and growth opportunities
