    Compensation:

    $125,000 - $150,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:

    Your Role and Impact

    As a key member of our team, you will:

    • Take charge of a dynamic caseload, guiding clients from their first consultation to the resolution of their case.
    • Ensure comprehensive documentation of injuries, losses, and damages to secure the maximum possible award.
    • Provide top-tier legal services including research, drafting legal documents, and overseeing discovery processes.
    • Lead and inspire our legal production staff towards achieving successful case outcomes.
    • Serve as the main liaison between the firm and our clients, offering strategic advice and preparing them for all legal proceedings.
    • Represent our clients across various legal settings, including mediation, depositions, and court appearances.
    • Master the art of negotiation to ensure our clients receive the settlements they deserve.
    Qualifications:

    Who We're Looking For

    • A licensed attorney in good standing with the Arizona Bar Association.
    • A proven track record in Insurance or PI law, though we're open to training a seasoned litigator ready for a new challenge.

    We operate a boutique, highly regarded personal injury practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico & Phoenix, Arizona that specializes in bringing the law to every client's corner. This area of practice stems from the owner watching his father's own experience trying to recover his life after a debilitating accident. This passion drives our team's personal commitment to helping our clients navigate the post-accident process and take the burdens off their shoulders.

    We are dedicated to understanding what results each client wants and helping them understand what actions we can take on their behalf. We work with them every step of the way to make sure they appreciate their options and feel empowered to make the choices best for their lives.
