- Under general direction, oversees the day-to-day operational planning, execution, and evaluation of a web-based multi-user, multi-hierarchy application.
- Serves as principalpoint of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate.
- Ensure ARTIMS Cybersecurity tasks are fully coordinated by and with Cybersecurity Lead.
- Attend meetings as required to support the cyber security posture of the ARTIMS program
- 7+ years or more of leading training sessions / lead instructors experience within a classroom environment or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team to develop ARTIMS training program scenario- based POIs; including mobile training team training packages, Application Users Guide, Executive level overviews.
- High School graduate
- Have a working knowledge of US Army, including active force, ARNG and US Army training, contemporary on Army readiness and force generation concepts (current is ReARMM - Regional Alignment for Readiness and Modernization Model).
- Demonstrated contract management deliverable management.
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader of technical oriented experts
