    CORPORATE RECRUITER: JESSUP, MD

    Who Staffing is looking for a hard-working, experienced Talent Acquisition expert for our fast-growing client headquartered in Jessup, MD with additional locations in DC, Virginia, Delaware, and Ohio. The Recruiter will handle full lifecycle recruiting for positions throughout the organization. This is a high-profile position based daily in the corporate headquarters in Jessup, MD.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for all aspects of high-volume recruitment for assigned openings, to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, extending job offers, and new hire onboarding.
    • Use proven and creative sourcing techniques to identify passive and active candidates to build a strong pipeline of talent.
    • Consult with hiring leaders on current and future recruiting needs, interviewing techniques, candidate flow, and candidate assessments.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategy for assigned openings. Identify and incorporate hiring best practices into recruitment solutions and plans.
    • Support the HR department with the implementation of programs to help improve the employee experience.
    • Manage and create relationships with external organizations, partners, recruiting agencies, colleges and universities.

    Knowledge, Education, Skills & Abilities:

    • Bachelor's degree with professional experience in Human Resources, with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition initiatives and leading related projects and processes; PHR or SHRM Certification a plus.
    • 5+ years with high volume, hands-on recruitment for a variety of roles in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
    • Stellar verbal and written communication skills, highly detail-oriented, solid interpersonal skills, high energy, high sense of urgency, excellent follow-up, tenacity, and ability to influence and build strong working relationships at all levels.
    • Must be a self-starter who exhibits project follow-through, proven organization skills, and the ability to thrive and manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, strong sense of teamwork, initiative, and responsibility.
    • Must be proficient with multiple sourcing techniques, MS Office applications, and have experience managing the full life-cycle recruitment process utilizing an applicant tracking system.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
