- Provide end-to-end system management and solutions for key applications accessed by customer service, enrollment, provider relations, members and providers.
- Manage key business requirements and implementation for production and enhancements to applications.
- Support business process initiatives though data analysis, identification of implementation barriers to meet customer requirements.
- Provide full-cycle system support and collaborate with IT ensuring timely system implementation.
- Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for application and functionality redesign and improvement.
