    S&K Building Services is expanding our team across the nation and looking for a Commercial High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician As a High Rise Technician, youll be an integral part of our team, supporting our client base at a high-rise level via rope descent system.

    Beyond that, if youre looking for advancement opportunities, we love to train and promote from withinWhat Youll DoEffectively cleanse windows and glass surfaces using non-abrasive cleaning toolsSafely repel high-rise buildings via rope descent system to reach and cleanse the windowsCommunicate with site contact before, during, and after completion of work, and retrieve customer endorsement on work orderTransport and set-up water-fed poles to clean windows of multi-story buildings, and subsequent breakdown of equipmentEffectively clean up after each job to ensure there is no residue or dirt left behindEnsure that the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all timesAttend weekly safety meetingsWho You AreYou have 1+ year(s) of relative experience safely repelling high-rise buildingsYou have a valid drivers license and clean driving recordYou have reliable transportation to/from work and job sitesYou have a clean-cut appearance and able to adhere to our dress codeYou are able to lift up to 60lbsYou are able to scale and utilize ladders from 5ft to 40ft in height (safety training provided)You are able to work both indoors and outdoors during variable weather conditionsYou have excellent time-management skillsYou adhere to high ethical standardYou work well in a team environmentYou are professional with interpersonal and communication skillsNICE TO HAVEYou are a certified or an authorized user of Rope Descent Systems (RDS)You are Society of Professional Rope Access Technician (SPRAT) certifiedYou are bilingual (English & Spanish)What We OfferCompetitive Hourly Base Pay of $20 to $30Weekly PayHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) - Benefits effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of employmentRetirement Plan (401k with a Company Match)Paid Time Off & Paid HolidaysTraining & Development#SKWINDOWS2024
