Your responsibilities as a Busser include but are not limited to:

Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and organized dining area for guests:

Clear tables promptly and efficiently, removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware.
Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining area furniture after guests depart.
Reset tables with clean linens, napkins, and utensils in preparation for new guests.
Pay attention to detail to ensure tables are properly set according to the restaurant's standards.

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables when necessary:

Collaborate with servers to deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate the timing of food and drink orders.
Assist in carrying trays or heavy items to ensure safe and efficient service.

Refill water glasses, provide additional utensils, and respond to guest requests promptly:

Monitor and maintain the water levels in guests' glasses, promptly refilling as needed.
Provide additional utensils, condiments, or other items requested by guests in a timely manner.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, including the disposal of trash and recycling:

Keep service stations clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Dispose of trash and recycling in designated receptacles, following proper waste management procedures.
Clean and maintain service station equipment, such as coffee machines, beverage dispensers, or ice bins.

Work closely with the server team to ensure smooth and efficient service:

Communicate effectively with servers to anticipate their needs and support their workflow.
Assist in maintaining a steady flow of cleared tables to accommodate new guests.
Collaborate with servers to address any guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area, promptly clearing tables and resetting them for new guests:

Continuously monitor the dining area to identify and clear empty tables in a timely manner.
Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Reset tables efficiently and accurately, following the restaurant's standard table setup guidelines.

Collaborate with servers and other bussers to ensure smooth operations and efficient service:

Foster effective communication and teamwork with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and coordinated service.
Assist other bussers or servers when necessary, such as during busy periods or special events.
Share information or updates about the dining area status, table availability, or guest preferences with the team.

Support the team by helping with other tasks as required, such as restocking supplies and cleaning service stations:

Assist in restocking supplies, such as napkins, condiments, or utensils, to ensure availability for guests.
Help with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, or wiping down surfaces as needed.
Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate staff members for prompt resolution.

Compensation: $ $20.00 per hour
