    Partner Marketing Manager

    Location: PaloAlto,CA/Atlanta,US – Onsite

    Duration: 12 months

    As a Partner MarketingManager, responsibility for building and presenting joint business plans andgrowth strategies to external partner leadership teams including SVP ofmarketing and CMO for quarterly business reviews and sales enablement meetings. Efficiently manage budget of marketing development funds to drive growth of EUCbusiness through the creation of joint marketing strategies, go to marketdigital campaigns and events. Maintain stakeholder excellence by working crossfunctionally with sales, product and brand teams to ensure alignment ofstrategic partner marketing programs, digital marketing campaigns andvirtual/live events.

    Responsibilities


    •The Partner MarketingManager will own all marketing advocacy programs globally -- including definingstrategy, recruiting partners, telling and documenting partner success stories,and delivering key assets used in outbound marketing programs - advertising,podcasts, paid and organic media and main stage


    •The ideal candidate shouldhave excellent communication skills and be comfortable with working withC-Suite Executives and CEOs at our top partners


    •You will create the globalpartner advocacy programs strategy and plan, orchestrating with the globalpartner teams and regional GTM teams, leading the development of all programscomponents, and driving programs that will build long term relationships withexecutives at top VMware partners


    •Your Impact - Help shape thestrategic direction for global partner advocacy programs, developing impactfulmarketing programs to build long term relationships with our top partners -Collaborate with partner business and GTM regional teams to develop partnersuccess stories that support our key Cloud and Apps offerings and partnerprograms


    •Develop the asset plan forpartner success stories that feeds into our most critical outbound marketingprograms globally - events, advertising, paid and organic media


    •Consistently communicate and collaborate withinternal shareholders to ensure programs tactics are supporting or exceedinggoals - Continually track and report on program metrics, conduct return oninvestment analysis to determine effectiveness of all marketing programs, andoptimize efforts accordingly - Regularly update key shareholders on programsplans, program deliverables, and schedules Skills
