Indotronix is seeking a Receptionist in Uniondale, NY location

Position:
Receptionist

Location:
Uniondale, NY

This is an onsite position, Monday thru Friday.

8:30am to 5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch break

Duration: 2 months

Job description:
Primary responsibilities will include the greeting of guests, vendors, job applicants and other visitors.

May be asked to arrange for ** room reservations or food deliveries or arrange for transportation services as well as answer incoming calls to a front desk.

May also route incoming calls to appropriate parties.

Daily data entry. Pleasant communication skills and professional demeanor is critical.

High School diploma and relevant experience is required
