    The Senior Capability Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for leading the requirement elicitation for strategic investments across Evernorth Behavioral Health, a division of Evernorth Health Services. Manages the definition of Lean Business Cases (LBC) and refining into business capabilities that enable Behavioral Health infrastructure and enhances Evernorth and Cigna product features. Liaison end to end across the capability lifecycle translating across matrix product, business, and technology partners. Ownership of the elicitation of value assertions, impact analysis, stakeholder management, and business requirements. This role is the key driver across business and technical delivery owning the capabilities for Evernorth Behavioral Health.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of strategic lean business cases for Evernorth Behavioral Health
    • Refine strategies into business capabilities that document the assertions and business requirements.
    • Partner with technology delivery team throughout the technical delivery lifecycle to ensure solutions and value are being delivered.
    • Identify current and future state process that defined the business or operational opportunity.
    • Manage stakeholder roster, set engagement expectations, and manage elicitation and review forums and proper change controls through the delivery lifecycle.
    • Responsible to engage operational readiness resources in all stages of the delivery lifecycle to ensure awareness, alignment and readiness to deliver on Change Management functions—communications, training, SOP, Process mapping and run state support.
    • Partner with Program Manager supporting Business Strategic initiatives with capability dependencies to ensure scope and delivery timeline alignment.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree preferred.
    • 8+ years experience in a product or capability facing role
    • Strong analytical skills to dig deeper and bring clarity to business needs.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills to translate to matrixed product/business and technology partners.
    • Thrive within ambiguity to cope with change
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word, etc.).

    If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 110, ,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

    This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
