    Description

    Summary:

    A Bowling & Redemption Host creates the first impression of our unique bowling and redemption entertainment experience for our Guests.

    Bowling & Redemption Hosts assist Guests in selecting the best value for their experience.

    They inform them of services offered on each lane and aid Guests in all aspects of bowling and selection of prizes.

    They also offer recommendations for other attractions as well as food and beverage. Bowling hosts are friendly, efficient, Guest focused and time conscious.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Create a fun experience for Guests and establish a "regular Guest" rapport, while maintaining professional behavior.
    -Maintain above standard level of cleanliness and organization of the bowling counter (sweep, mop, clean tables etc.).
    • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) system, accept payment and provide accurate change and receipt in a timely manner.
    • Suggest the best bowling value for the Guest / group of Guests.
    • Quickly and efficiently process lane rentals and activate the lanes through the bowling system.
    • Assist with shoe rental and promote retail sales of socks, towels, etc.
    • Maintain excellent hygiene of all bowling shoes.
    • Maintain working knowledge of Retail merchandise (socks, etc).
    • Promote the entertainment options of the venue.
    • Sweep or vacuum all major traffic areas.
    • Keep trashcans clean and entrance area free of debris.
    *All other duties as assigned by management
