    Role Description

    The Physician Liaison for CNY Fertility assumes a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with OBGYN offices and expanding the network to include various medical practices including acupuncture, urology, and oncology offices. The primary job responsibilities involve scheduling and attending office visit lunches with healthcare providers to generate referrals within the liaison's territory. This remote position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    Requirements:
    1. Experience in sales
    2. Strong networking and relationship building abilities
    3. Knowledge of reproductive medicine and fertility treatments. Options including IUI, IVF, Egg Freezing and more
    4. Upbeat, pleasant personality
    5. Willing and able to travel with reliable automotive transportation. Travel will be limited to a 3 to 4 hour drive in one direction. No overnight travel required.
    6. Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred (e.g., healthcare, marketing, communications)
    Location:

    Remote: Must live in or around Denver or Colorodo Springs, Colorado and be willing and able to travel by car for 3-4 hours in one direction for meetings.

    Position Type: Part time - 1099 Contractor

    Hours:
    Estimated between 3 and 30 hours per week depending on the number of lunch meetings attended.

    Looking for those interested and capable of attending between 1-4 lunches per week.

    The physician liaison will be required to work the amount of time needed to schedule and attend 1 to 4 lunch visits per week, fill in a spreadsheet documenting call and visit history, answer follow-up questions from offices, and attend one weekly recap meeting with the physician liaison manager. The actual time will vary by week depending on how many lunches are scheduled/attended, how much travel is required to visit each office, but it can be estimated to be between 3 and 30 hours per week.

    Compensation:

    $17,500- 80,000

    Compensation depends on the number of lunches performed per week.

    Opportunity for an expanded role, additional bonuses, and promotions within 12 months

    Reimbursement: reimbursement for required business expenses, including required use of personal car
    Detailed Role and Responsibility:
    Scheduling Lunch Visits with OBGYN, Acupuncture, Urology, and Oncology Offices:

    Contact offices to schedule lunch meetings with their providers, gather details, and note dietary restrictions/preferences.

    Document call and scheduling activities on a spreadsheet, including key information about each office.
    Lunch Meetings:
    Order and pick up or schedule lunch delivery to the office.

    Set up lunch, pamphlets, and CNY marketing material in the lunchroom.

    Engage with all office staff during the lunch meeting, explain CNY Fertility and the referral processes to providers and staff, and answer all questions with expertise.
    Basket Drops:
    Drop a basket of pamphlets and CNY merch at offices that do not schedule lunches

    Drop baskets of pamphlets at offices whenever previously visited office requests more material.

    Speak with office managers or providers whenever possible.
    Quarterly visits:
    After having lunch with an office, ensure you stop by their office to check in at least once a quarter.
    Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain detailed reports of scheduled lunches and meetings, including physician and staff details.

    Ensure follow-up meetings are scheduled with providers who are absent from previous lunches.
    Weekly Meetings:
    Attend weekly meetings for continued education and to report on and discuss previous and upcoming lunch meetings with the program manager.
    Communication:
    Maintain direct contact with relevant stakeholders, reporting progress, and seeking guidance.

    Act as the key contact person for the office, facilitating communication between referring offices and CNY Fertility.
    Patient Liaison:
    Offer and provide 15-minute "consultations" for patients referred from offices in reps' territory. Answer any preliminary questions patients have and guide referred patients through initial onboarding processes.

    Provide QR codes on pamphlets for patients to schedule a free 15-minute call with the Physician Liaison
