    Previous sales experience is preferred and does not have to be automotive. Being tech savvy and having a passion for working with cars, are necessary ingredients for your success.

    You will...
    Provide a Hospitality or VIP-type experience to our current customer base.

    Basic duties include (but are not limited to) being prolific in product knowledge, including passing and maintaining all current manufacture model and technology product certifications.

    Prospecting the service lane, databases and other opportunities through data mining and marketing via our current equity mining tool and marketing platforms.

    Follow up and follow thru with all guest interactions that you engage in. Any other necessary duties required by the General Manager

    Use our Customer Retention Management (CRM) and other equity and data platforms to identify opportunities for guests to sell or trade-in their current vehicle and potentially purchase/lease another vehicle from us.

    Track your progress and revenues of Lease Buyouts, Acquisitions, Trades, and the Sale of those vehicles.

    Are computer literate and have basic math skills
