    The Project Scheduler plays a key role in the management of the Spent Fuel Handling Project at the Naval Reactors Facility of Idaho National Lab.

    this includes assisting the Construction Manager and Project Controls Manager with the development of project plans, Construction Project Manager compliance and accuracy validation of subcontract vendor schedules (baseline, monthly, and three-week look-ahead), including progress and schedule logic conflict management.

    Forecasting, diagnosing, and planning workarounds and other project tracking needs.


    Job Responsibilities:
    + Creating and maintaining subcontractor schedules in P6 + Reporting and monitoring progress on major construction project + supporting the Project Controls Manager in the compiling of multiple subproject schedules to establish the status of work on a weekly basis + Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and other ad hoc reporting as requested by the Construction Manager and Project Controls Manager + Supports the Project Controls Manager with day-to-day administration of the project, including the financial control, reporting, and monitoring + Provides the earned value progress and performance reporting for the project + Validate variance analysis + Frequent contact with project management, project team members, field craft, finance and accounting stakeholders + 5 or more years of work experience + 3 years of experience on large scale heavy industrial projects + Experience with Primavera P6 + Expe To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
