Job Overview (FULL and PART TIME remote positions available)

We are seeking to expand our team and have multiple vacancies open for Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC). The position is currently remote with some requirements to attend occasional in-person training, meetings, etc. Future hybrid option possible.

There are part-time and full-time options available hours). General Duties:

-conduct clinical assessments and intakes for new clients ensure proper level of care will be provided

-Provide individual counseling using evidence-based therapeutic strategies -collaborate with clients to develop a personalized treatment plan

-engage in crisis intervention strategies as needed -maintain accurate and timely records and clinical documentation

-coordinate care with other treatment providers to ensure best treatment outcomes

-adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, including maintaining client confidentiality and respecting client's rights.

-complete required trainings, attend occasional treatment team meetings and events

Clinical Supervision

-Clinical Supervision provided at no charge if LAC completes 10 client sessions/week (details will be provided) -If board will not approve remote supervision, some in-person supervision meetings may be required (details will be discussed further) -If you already have a clinical supervisor and are seeking additional hours, there are options still available that can be discussed

Requirements/Preferences:

Must have current Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently as well as occasional teamwork
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and therapeutic counseling competencies and skills
- Knowledge of google calendar, google docs, google sheets, etc.

-Must carry own individual malpractice/liability insurance (you will still be added to the group practice as well)
