The Administrator holds overall management authority and is responsible for maintaining a personal residence within the organization's service area.

Staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and new delivery models is crucial to transforming healthcare. The Administrator's role involves proactively identifying market trends and ensuring effective responses from their area of responsibility.
Position Duties and Responsibilities

Key Interfaces
The Administrator interacts primarily with Patients and Families, and secondarily with Non-GHS clinicians, Vendors/suppliers, Educational and regulatory organizations, Charitable and community organizations, Media, and the General public.
The Administrator interacts secondarily with the CEO, Other functional leadership, Team/Divisional managers, AOR staff, and Other System Staff.
Decision Making Authority & Responsibility
The Administrator is tasked with contributing to GHS strategic objectives, achieving organizational results and formulating and executing strategies consistent with the System's mission and goals. They have the authority to make changes in AOR practices and policies, monitor management performance, and represent GHS in the external community.
Education and Learning
REQUIRED
Master's degree in Healthcare/Hospital Administration or a health/business-related field
Work Experience
REQUIRED
8-10 years of senior leadership experience in a critical access hospital
