- Develop and deliver creative lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and learning objectives for the assigned grade level.
- Instruct students in a variety of art techniques and mediums, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking.
- Introduce students to different art movements and art history in an age-appropriate way.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and experimentation.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their artwork and help them develop their artistic skills.
- Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and classroom participation.
- Maintain a well-organized and inspiring art room.
- Bachelors degree or higher and FL teaching certification
- Previous experience teaching at the K-12 level is preferred
