We are currently seeking a Fleet Maintenance Associate part-time to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Review each vehicle daily/weekly/monthly/bi-annual/annually and complete required Checklists
• Identify immediate maintenance concerns and determine approach action
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs - prior approval required by the owner before sending to the contractor for service/repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Maintain accurate parts for each vehicle
• Complete weekly vehicle report and meet with owner weekly to review
• Oversee maintenance of forklifts - weekly inspections, contractor maintenance orders
• Assist warehouse associates with loading/unloading trucks and counting inventory from deliveries as needed
• Facility general maintenance (ie: door hardware, toilet hardware, etc.)

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in vehicle maintenance
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Microsoft suite - Word/Excel
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Basic math aptitude
