    Mall of Georgia Fords Service Department needs to hire friendly Part-Time and Full-Time Cashiers / Receptionists to greet visitors, schedule service appointments, answer calls in a courteous, professional manner, and perform cashier duties.     Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service. Answer multi-line telephone, screen and transfer calls, take and relay messages. Provide pricing information, total purchases, and collect payment. **Benefits**

    **Responsibilities**

    Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service

    Answer multi-line telephone, screen and transfer calls, take and relay messages

    Provide pricing information, total purchases, and collect payment

    Check MOGF Rentals in/out daily

    Maintain office documents properly and filing

    Maintain daily operations by following policies and procedures and reporting any situations or conditions that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers

    Keep work and customer areas clean

    Ensure that customers are happy and comfortable

    Other duties may be assigned

    **Requirements**

    Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred

    Cashier / Cash handling experience

    Excellent customer service and communication skills

    Dependable and punctual

    Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    A positive attitude and professional, well-groomed appearance

    Valid drivers license

    Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
