FT DAYLIGHT CARPENTER/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
~40 hours per week (Overtime Available)
~$ $28.00 PLUS Benefits - Salary requirements to be discussed and dependent on experience.

Experienced Maintenance Tech with Carpentry and Management skills pertaining to building maintenance helpful (i.e. painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry drywall, etc.).

We provide a variety of services to our clients from all aspects of electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, renovations and more.

40 Hours per week with possible over time
REQUIRES a Clear Background as well as Valid Driver's License and Dependable Transportation

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 Years Experience in Building Maintenance & Carpentry
Electrical ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
Plumbing ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
Carpentry ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (framing, drywall)
Painting ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (interior and exterior)
Other attributes such as work history are taken into consideration as well
MUST pass background clearance
MUST have reliable transportation to and from QSI Office
MUST have Valid Driver's License
