- 2-4 years of experience in agricultural field operations.
- Leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Valid CDL, Pesticide Applicators License, and Fertilizer Applicator Certificate.
- Proficiency in engineering tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
