Responsibilities:
As a Support Technician specializing in installation, your primary responsibilities will include:Installing and configuring industrial machinery and equipment at client sitesPerforming on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to ensure proper functioning of machineryCollaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project completionProviding technical support and guidance to clients during installation processesDocumenting installation procedures and maintaining accurate recordsTraining clients on the operation and maintenance of machinery as neededQualifications:Minimum 5-7 years of experience in installation and technical support rolesAssociate's degree in engineering or a related fieldOn-Machine Seasoning (OMS)
