****Your Responsibilities****
As a **Software Delivery Supervisor**for the **Embedded Tools Team** within **ISG Tech Stack, Embedded Infrastructure** located in one of the following locations including **Urbandale IA**, **Moline IL**, **Cary NC** you will
Lead the development of tools & scripts for increasing efficiency and user experience in John Deeres OpenRTOS based embedded software development (Emb32-OS)
Lead your teams collaboration with their internal stakeholders including the management of daily user support
Lead innovation efforts to define the next generation of tools used by the entire embedded development community at Deere
Collaborate with Digital Product Management, IT, and Development Operations on delivering a compliant and secure IT environment for the embedded community
Be a technical and non-technical skills coach for your team developing their individual talents
****What Skills you Need****
Leadership experience in software product delivery using agile software development processes
Demonstrated effectiveness at technical leadership
Demonstrated experience in roles that required excellent communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated experience in applying systems engineering principles
Strong understanding of the embedded software development workflow from requirements to machine validation
Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
****What Makes You Stand Out****
Experience with C#, Linux, and/or DevOps practices and tools
Demonstrated experience with o bject-oriented software design
Software project management experience with medium to large multi-team, & multi-site programs
Advanced degree in an engineering discipline or computer science
****Education****
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent experience
