We provide one on one patient care assignments throughout Union County NJ. We are currently looking for CHHAs with a NJ License that are interested in working with wonderful clients in the following towns: Westfield, Cranford, Clark, Springfield, Union, Kenilworth, Mountainside, New Providence, Berkeley Heights, Summit, Scotch Plains and Fanwood, Plainfield.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers

· Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits

· Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
